By accessing or using the Aaero Xpress website (aaeroxpress.com) and any services offered through it, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all users of the platform, including customers, visitors, and any other parties who access the website.

Aaero Xpress Inc provides international shipping and logistics services specializing in cargo movement between the United States and Ghana. Our services include, but are not limited to:

• Air freight for urgent shipments
• Sea freight for larger or non-urgent cargo
• Door-to-door delivery
• Package consolidation
• Real-time shipment tracking
• Commercial cargo logistics for businesses

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.

To access certain features of our platform, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

Aaero Xpress reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or are used in a manner that may cause harm to the company or other users.

When you submit a shipment request through our platform, you agree to the following:

• All information provided about the contents of a shipment is accurate and truthful
• You are the lawful owner of the goods being shipped, or you have authorization from the owner to ship them
• The shipment does not contain any prohibited, illegal, or restricted items under United States or Ghanaian law
• You will ensure the goods are properly prepared before sending them to the designated US warehouse address

Aaero Xpress is not liable for delays, losses, or damage resulting from inaccurate information provided by the customer, or from prohibited items included in a shipment.

The following items are strictly prohibited from being shipped through Aaero Xpress:

• Illegal drugs or controlled substances
• Firearms, weapons, or ammunition
• Counterfeit goods or items that infringe intellectual property rights
• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or explosive substances
• Currency, negotiable instruments, or precious stones beyond declared limits
• Any items prohibited by US export law or Ghanaian import law

We reserve the right to refuse, hold, or report any shipment suspected of containing prohibited items. The customer bears full legal responsibility for the contents of their shipment.

Once your shipment is dispatched from our US warehouse, a unique tracking code will be generated and sent to your registered email address and, if you have opted in, via SMS. You can use this tracking code to monitor your shipment status on our website. Tracking updates are based on manual status updates made by our agents and may not reflect real-time courier data.

By creating an account, you agree to receive email notifications regarding your shipments, including dispatch confirmations, arrival notices, and account-related communications. SMS notifications are optional and will only be sent if you have explicitly opted in during registration. You may opt out of SMS notifications at any time by replying STOP to any SMS message or by updating your account preferences.

Shipment costs are communicated to customers directly by Aaero Xpress staff via email following a shipment request. Aaero Xpress does not currently process payments through the website. Payment terms, methods, and schedules will be communicated separately for each shipment. Failure to make payment may result in your shipment being held until payment is received.

Aaero Xpress will take reasonable care in handling all shipments. However, we are not liable for:

• Loss or damage caused by circumstances beyond our control, including customs delays, natural disasters, or third-party carrier errors
• Delays resulting from inaccurate or incomplete shipment information provided by the customer
• Loss or damage to prohibited or improperly declared items
• Consequential, indirect, or incidental losses arising from the use of our services

Our total liability for any claim arising from a shipment will not exceed the declared value of the shipment or the shipping fee paid, whichever is lower.

All shipments are subject to customs inspection and applicable import duties, taxes, and fees as required by the laws of Ghana. Aaero Xpress is not responsible for customs delays or any additional charges imposed by customs authorities. The customer is responsible for ensuring their shipment complies with all applicable import regulations in Ghana.

Your use of our platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Service by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

All content on the Aaero Xpress website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Aaero Xpress Inc and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this website without our prior written consent.

Aaero Xpress reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the United States.
